LIBERATING US ALL FROM OUR DOLLARS

Orb Hatton was NOT ENTITLED

To be a director here

Our rules and regs clearly state

Member in Good Standing for one year.

But Orb had plans and big property deals

That necessitated his being a director

And so too, other real estate interests,

Became Hatton’s biggest protector.

Hatton had violated our LDPOA rules

To access property for dollars

With dreams of subdivisions and thousands of homes *

Which naturally brought real estate followers.

Orb’s not a regular "member off the street"

He is the owner of TRI COUNTY REALTY

Both operate on a restricted real estate license

Seems Orb doesn’t take rules too seriously.

When told that Orb was not eligible to run

DEERWOOD CORP President, Tom Porter, did speak

And promised to use all his influence at hand

To insure Hatton his seat.

So Hatton had to pay nineteen thousand dollars

For a violation to an Association he belongs

And to this day he emphatically proclaims

He never did anything wrong.

Had anyone else been in such a predicament

They would never had been allowed to run

But not for Orb Hatton, with Tom Porter’s proxies,

There was no doubt his mission was won.

So here we all are in a real estate trap

Members, sellers and buyers

Make no mistake it is simply about

Liberating us all from our DOLLAR$.

There once was a director named ORB HATTON,

So eloquent his words were like satin,

But with those that he dealt,

Many honestly felt,

His ethics came from some twisted planet.

His side-kick and president DWIGHT MUELLER,

Helps measure success with a ruler,

But while dreaming of stacked dollars,

Both fail to discover,

Without integrity, one lives in a sewer.  (In my opinion)

Like a commercial on TV for medication
I had all the symptoms for sure
Nervous stomach, insomnia and worry
A headache that seemed to endure.

Things that once made me happy
Relationships, family and friends
Landscaping my property and building a home
All seemed destined for end.

Test, after test and examinations
Couldn't believe what my doctor did say
Seems all my afflictions are normal
For a member of LDPOA.

Our Little Bo Peep should not loose her sheep,

To some management wolves that are now here,

And make no mistake, before it's too late,

ENOUGH

We pay the assessments and follow the rules,

Others that do not are making us fools.

They spend our CORP MONEY with no care they should,

And fail to protect us, as promised they would.

Perhaps it’s our fault to trust those who say

They’re working for our good without any pay.

It’s long over due for the "ones" that make "we"

To stand up, be counted , so the traitors will see:

We’ve had enough

More than enough

And we’re tough

Tough enough.

They surveyed the members, to see how we feel,

Didn’t like answers, they’re ignored with great zeal.

They hide behind management, OUR ATTORNEYS, and truth,

For self-serving agendas, desires and loot.

We know who they are, and what fortunes they seek,

But when using our money we can not be meek.

Stand up and speak out though your voice it may shake,

Or sit down with pencil and compose what you think.

We’ve had enough

More than enough

And we’re tough

Tough enough.

Talk to your neighbors, your family, and friends,

See what they think on how this should end.

The problem is simple for those that preserve,

And LAKE DON PEDRO OWNERS are going to be heard .

Hatton, Mueller, Howenstine, the rest,

Tell us they’re doing their absolute best.

And its sad to say and technically true.

But make no mistake, they’re not working for you.

They’ve had enou$h

More than enou$h

And we’re tough

And sick of this stuff.

Here come foothill Cotton Tails

Hopping down Hacienda trails

Hippity Hoppity, bushes, flowers, lawns.

Everything is so beautiful

And the food is oh so bountiful

Hippity Hoppity, life is oh so good.

But crouched behind newly planted trees

Were evil men with minds diseased

With money, power, greed and selfishness.

Installed costly landscape you didn’t want

Spending all your money with no care or thought

Then they make my family pay the price.

They had no qualms about shooting us

And wonder why there is such a big ‘ol fuss

After all, they say they’re doing this for you.

Lester was munching on a flower stem

When a piece of lead simply divided him

Intestines painted the wall like some sick mural.

Ricky lost a leg or two

Mary her tail and her left eye too

Gee this place used to be our home and safe.

Buck caught one right between his eyes

Imagine what he thought when his brain flipped by

Worst part was his family saw it all.

Janie was napping in the flower bed

Now permanently asleep in a pool of red

Tommy was hit but able to limp away.

Jerry and a doe were shot in the ass

While quietly chewing on some new wet grass

They can’t sit down but at least they made it out.

I’m traumatized by the dead bunny pile

These men are as strange as their hunting style

Leaving my bloody friends piled by the gate.

Think it’s time to end this song

Must get busy and find a safe home

Too bad Members just won’t stop this horrible crime.   092605
