Seriously, how could these “evil cowards” be any sort of a Christian with such total disregard for one of the basics? (Practiced in other religions as well.)

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is a biblical concept spoken by Jesus in Luke 6:31 and Matthew 7:12; it is commonly referred to as the “Golden Rule.” “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets” (Matthew 7:12).

They had no problem “setting up a potentially lethal environment for me on my own PREVIOUSLY SECURED HOME PROPERTY, where after returning from another extended and exhausting camping…….(sorry, I digress again – but welcome to the vicious cycle of questions without answers and heartbreaking realizations of just how sick these people really are, and in some ways I truly wish I didn’t know ….. but you already know the general story anyway, so…..)

Anyway, these long time practiced “domestic terrorists” need to be not only punished for what they’ve been doing for a long time (likely I have not been the only victim of their shenanigans but most of the other victims probably just bowed out as gracefully as they could due to the embarrassment and humiliation, employment difficulties, family, kids in school, etc., Since these leftist community control freaks” couldn’t attack me on those levels of common vulnerabilities (normally exploited for their intimidation, coercion and harassment tactics), so they went right for my juggler, my Achilles’ heel, which was my known and utter contempt/distrust for “bullies and thugs” under color of law and abusing their government authority (often discretionary) against innocent citizens. They would claim my outrage (with law enforcement PERHAPS lying in wait inside my fenced compound when I returned home) was unreasonable and evidence that I had some sort of mental issue – which would also be used in an attempt to justify why they were there in the first place, (seriously, why were they there and for what reasons?) and therefore it was a “sucide by cop” case closed. Oh really? Not so fast, there is much, much more to this, but for now, my reaction was not only reasonably expected, I believe it was absolutely anticipated.

Apparently, based on the election results, I certainly am not alone and on the right side of this “weaponization of government against US citizens”! OUR Government’s RESOURCES AND POWER USED AGAINST the innocent US CITIZEN WHO ONLY WANTS THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS RECOGNIZED AND UPHELD REGARDLESS OF POLITICAL PERSPECTIVES)……(yup, SOS -sorry, this is all flowing from the heart/mind)……. , sooooooo….)

Here’s my late Halloween blog story.

Couldn’t sleep and stay asleep because of something I just “couldn’t put my finger on” regarding this whole mess that was repeatedly nagging me awake. Ever have those? Wake up as the dream is simultaneously fading away and you’re waking mind realizes it was important but….. it’s gone.

Figured I go downstairs and check on Liz and maybe finish off a Mountain Dew in the fridge before it lost it’s “fizz”. It’s early in the morning, probably around 0200hrs or so. No reason for slippers or formal clothing – the boxer DIY pajamas are fine, often over dressed actually. Anyway, I carefully make it down the first flight to the landing before I realize I forgot my headlamp with the dim red “night vision” illumination option which is great if you want to keep your “night eyes” ie, star gazing and having to figure out which lens is which, where are my reading glasses, what the hell was that outside…etc. but I digress. AC USB rechargeable batteries too saves PG&E and puts good light exactly where you need it, great product, but I digress.

SO anyway, forgot the lamp on the nightstand, no biggie, I know this house like the back of my hand and can do this in almost complete darkness. Not quite “complete darkness” because the soft green glow from the microwave and oven clock LEDs were casting some rather spooky patterns in some places that were crisscrossed with the shadows of various items on the L shaped island counter with Jen-air LGP stove top and exhaust fan…..and,…ahhh, I remember the cheap little plastic Walmart clock ticking and echoing on the great room walls, whose sound was bouncing back over to the north loft with the same decorative iron balusters as the L shaped stairs; where on this loft various other views of the San Joaquin Valley, foothills, and Mariposa mountains can be enjoyed; whose 17’ ceiling amplifies the sound next to the Lopi Endeavor wood burning stove (that for Liz and I keeps this 2,693sq ft arched European smooth hand troweled exterior stucco finish, which compliments this Spanish styled home nice and cozy; but of course it also sports a split HVAC Arco system which is composed of the lower unit which is … ….oooops, my bad. I was thinking about something else at the same time….. where was I?

Let’s see….so ahhhh, yeah, creepy green glows, shadows, sounds amplified…. so I know exactly where I’m going – I could do it blindfolded. Down the stairs, into dining room same lighting fixtures throughout, quite nice actually (to the great room where Liz spends much of her time now on her round mattress), but as I’m approaching Liz saying “you’re such a good girl” something suddenly grabs and tugs at my bare left foot, I almost stumbled and shook my foot to make it let go, but it wouldn’t WHAT THE ……???

AND THEN IF IT COULDN’T GET ANY MORE CREEPY —- right after this THING grabs me something else in a high pitched voice about 15-20′ away — that was very low to the ground, like a small animal with claws (I could hear the clicking on the floor as it approached) started screaming in a strange foreign language at me while this OTHER THING continued to hold on as I zig-zagged across the floor trying to loose it …..but it held on,….. OH MY GOD! WAS IT A TENTICLE FROM WHAT EVER WAS APPROACHING ARE THEY CONNECTED IN SOME WAY? or was it crying for help? attacking me?

I first thought, it sounded like an attempt at “help” but it kept coming towards me….it wouldn’t stop. Can’t adequately say it with words, fortunately I have an audio recording that is very close as to what I heard that morning, in the dark, in my own dinning room, as it clung to my leg and pursued me as I tried to escape it’s grasp. You tell me if it might stain your pajamas, or boxer shorts………

ANYONE HAVE ONE OF THESE?

If yes, I’d bet you can probably relate. IF no…. Nope, not a spy camera, microphone, laser, etc. it is a motion activated audible toy for visually impaired “best friends”, and/or just a fun toy for ANY PLAYFUL animal.

PS: Sorry for the late Halloween blog, but have been a little preoccupied within this owner designed and built….. OH YEAH! And the long tentacle holding my foot that appeared to be connected to the approaching voice of some animal…..it was attached to the noise….. a tangled ball of 550 military grade paracord that I got my left foot entangled in the dark, and what was it attached to? Yup, the other tangled section of that 550 was neatly holding that toy in a large basket of cord while sliding across the floor as I pulled it along trying to make it let go. lol

Get it? Go figure, huh?

Well, at least better than under a few hours or something, because although getting a little calmer about this incident, unanswered questions have been nagging the heck out of me since October 20th 2024.

SO I’m going to qualify some of my previous sleep deprived rants about what happened with a reluctant (albeit perhaps poor illustration, but trust it makes the point) recognition that I could PERHAPS, be looking at this only from THIS PARTICULAR VICTIM’S PERSPECTIVE and not giving enough credence to the possibility that a series of failures, errors, negligence, (and in this case perhaps even including malice by other actors outside the Sheriff’s Office), etc., were all just coincidentally aligned and combined which created an extremely dangerous and potentially fatal incident with the Mariposa Co Sheriff’s Deputies that they (the MCSO) never intended.

(Thanks Rich – and I agree whole heartily – BUT to an EXTREMELY LIMITED point.)

Here’s my (I admit) somewhat confusing analogy to a mitigating factor in my “off the cuff reaction” to what I contend was a violation of my rights to privacy under the US Constitution. Essentially I believe it comes down to; what were the deputies actually thinking they were doing at the moment the gate chain/lock were cut and they entered my home compound? And, how did they come to acquire that perception of what they were doing and why? Basically, what information had been previously furnished from both 1) the MCSO and 2) the previous reporting party/parties actually requesting this highly suspicious COMMUNITY CARE DOCTRINE based “Wellness Check” to see if I needed some assistance? (Which does permit a warrant less entry and search for any injured, incapacitated, or deceased individuals, etc., upon reasonable exigent circumstances leading them to believe such situation existed at my home and surroundings on October 4th.)

Best sleep since October 20^th, 2024 when I discovered my roll up garage door open to the header again (but still don’t know how or why for so long). Feel much better, but this is far from over.

Thank you Dear Heavenly Father for assisting, protecting and guiding me through darkness and fear of YET ANOTHER undeserved, unjustified, extremely painful, life disrupting, almost unbearable, and once again potentially fatal, confrontation with the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office. Amen.

Was this another “SWAT” choreographed into effect by a politically motivated, unfeeling, immoral, malicious group of far left haters of Donald Trump (Severe TDS Trump Derangement Syndrome) and anyone who avidly supports him? (Of which I am most certainly “guilty”.)

Time to focus on taking care of myself and Liz. Please excuse my liberal use of bad language while attempting to explain and express my outrage and disbelief, but any further discussion of the incident is unnecessary, at least here.

What was the reason Mariposa County Deputies wanted to open my large front gate (whereas the law is quite specific about facilitating entry by the least intrusive measures and limiting property damage while protecting personal property. (but they didn’t even close the garage door or secure the breached fence.

All this naturally predicated upon there being a legitimate exigent circumstance to warrant-lessly enter the property that didn’t exist. Think the term is reasonableness of the entry and purpose. Hummm, truck, trailer and dog gone.

Neighbors could have explained to deputies how long that 16’ wide garage door was actually open (due to the sheriff’s 17+ day delay in notifying me of the “forced entry” incident and I had to ask for that information myself, the Captain never offered any explanation other than postal carrier, USPS, and an open kitchen/garage door – which again, was impossible according to the alarm event log. So, where’s the reasonable necessity to forcibly enter my home, etc? Did someone pull another John Molidar on me and call saying something outlandish to get the Sheriff’s Office over here? We’ll see. So much cross referencing to do.

How did that garage door go up again? I’ve been missing a garage remote control for years, keep hoping I will find it in the garage, but so far no luck. But who would have my garage door opener and want to open my garage while I was away? Just doesn’t make sense.

Well, it certainly appears that a reasonable cause did not exist, unless there’s something not being said out loud? Hummmm, that’s sure happened to me many, many times. Especially when perfectly legal with a permit and all. Even the firemen saw what was going on, but legally can not divulge the reporting parties name. But they knew.

So why were they there at that particular time? Because they knew I was coming home sometime on a Sunday after an 8-1/2 to 9hr drive from northern Nevada. They just had the wrong Sunday! (Added another week for some more digging/excavation because of the good weather. A little over 9 weeks gone.).

How could they know though? I told no one which Sunday, even my neighbor didn’t know. Heck, we haven’t talked for quite some time now (weeks before I left in August) because of complete opposite political differences which is no big deal because I understand many people have TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and prefer Kamala. Confuses me, but hey, it’s still America now and people can vote for whatever candidate they feel most confident about leading this Country through one of it toughest times since it’s founding.

WILD COINCIDENCE!

You know, when I think about it, it was that west neighbor (who is an avid recreational vehicle enthusiast and I couldn’t even guess how many miles he’s traveled), who advised that for my Nevada trips Sunday was the best travel day because of the low density of traffic and work routines, traffic metering, etc..

You know what? I think he is absolutely correct (on this – lol) because I’ve always left and arrived on a Sunday and for the most part never had any trouble, well, just getting lost on the desert and stuck during a flash flood and spent 4 days 3 nights trying to get out! Yup, quite and adventure and I wouldn’t trade it now for anything.

SO WHY DIDN’T DEPUTIES JUST TALK TO MY WEST NEIGHBOR?

Looked like Deputy Green walked up there and back, and Deputy Tan drove up that direction just to turn around, (and no doubt just a coincidence that the law requires a law enforcement officer to notify the reporting party if there had been and accident or death, that way the reporting party is not fretting about what actually happened. My neighbors never called about the open garage for 6 weeks or so, I don’t think anyone was really concerned about that, we have a good neighborhood and I thought I had a secure fence and home. Maybe my neighbor was visiting family as they often do.

So I just don’t understand why the Deputy Sheriff’s didn’t just talk to that neighbor (if home) or other neighbors that could have easily explained where I had been going for the last 3-1/2 years? Heck, I’ve mentioned it on the website too with images and videos.

Wait, but if they did, (talk to neighbors) that would mean the deputies knew the approximate time and day I would be returning. They knew when I would be coming home and needed to get those patrol units concealed within the compound (plenty of room for that as they knew from their walk around and video taping) for their surprise welcome home party and then either beat the hell out of me, or kill me for:

For contempt of COP and resisting arrest! Perfect.

No, that can’t be right, if the Mariposa County Deputy Sheriff’s actually talked to him to get that travel itinerary, or find out about the open garage, why not just ask for my cell number or maybe a key for the front gate? Heck that neighbor has had my cell number since I got the phone because of the remote areas I go – my family got that for me for use with that beautiful alluvial fan in Nevada!

Nah, if he saw cops parked around my property; breaking into the compound, and then setting off the burglar alarm…..surely he would have called me — right? I mean petty differences in politics should not come between neighbors and their health and safety, yeah?

Yeah, that couldn’t be it, I’ll keep thinking. There’s a reason those cops wanted inside the compound through that gate with their vehicles and were getting annoyed with the entry time, complications getting through the main gate, the exterior (and later interior) cameras, and of course the surprise audible alarm which probably left a Hershey streak in their tidy whities. And the pressure of what to do now…quick! Make it look like we really care, look around outside some more like we’re looking for a body. Lol You didn’t go to the bottom of the hill! There could have been an army of dead bodies stacked around there!lol

Actually deputies should have been looking in Nevada and every single neighbor could have told them that, especially my west neighbor who also knew what day: Sunday.

That must have really thrown a wrench into the planned program of the sheriff deputies

I need to look over those videos again, deputies kept going back to that main gate fence lock even after verifying it was a problem and studying that anti-theft sleeve collar set up….. could they have been trying to surreptitiously use a key?

What key? Or something like a lock pick? Deputy Green was walking around with something cupped in his right hand concealing it from the cameras. I’ve got a semi good quality image of it, need to enlarge a bit. I thought it was one of those Tactical Pens that doubles as a glass breaker, but who knows any more, right?

Yup, those deputies wanted that large gate open for some reason, sure hope it wasn’t for that body bag theory? At least not mine!! lol

COULD MARIPOSA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTIES MAKE EXIGENCY ALL BY THEMSELVES JUST FOR THEMSELVES WITHOUT ME BY: FORCIBLY ENTERING MY PROPERTY AND SETTING OFF MY BURGLAR ALARM THEN WALKING AROUND MY HOUSE WITH WEAPONS DRAWN LOOKING IN EVERY ROOM OF MY HOUSE AND VIDEO TAPING ALL MY PERSONAL PROPERTY IN PLAIN SIGHT OSTENSIBLY THERE JUST CHECKING TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK AND NOT INJURED OR NEEDING ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE BECAUSE I WASN’T EVEN THERE AND ROUTINELY FOR THE LAST THREE AND A HALF YEARS HAVE BEEN CAMPING ON THE HIGH DESERT WITH MY GSD LIZ AND EVERY SINGLE NEIGHBOR ON MY CUL DE SAC KNOWS IS OFTEN FOR A MONTH OR MORE AND MY POSTAL CARRIER IS ALSO AWARE BECAUSE WE HAVE TALKED ABOUT HOW FULL MY MAILBOX GETS WHEN I’M AWAY A FEW TIMES USPS HAS HELD SIGN-FOR PACKAGES FOR ME AT THE POST OFFICE UNTIL I CALLED WHEN I GOT HOME; BUT THE SHERIFF CAPTAIN TOLD ME THE DEPUTIES SAID BECAUSE MY MAILBOX WAS FULL MY POSTAL CARRIER WAS CONCERNED (TOLD HIM THAT DID NOT MAKE ANY KIND OF SENSE) AND THE FACT MY PICKUP TRUCK (WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN IN THE GARAGE ANYWAY….) WAS NOT THERE, AND MY 16′ ROLL UP GARAGE DOOR THAT WAS OPEN THE DEPUTIES (THAT WERE SO CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY AND PROPERTY BEING SAFE) NEVER CLOSED THAT GARAGE DOOR TO PROTECT MY EXPOSED PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND THEY NEVER CLOSED OR REPAIRED MY GATE THEY BROKE THROUGH TO ENTER THE PREMISES AROUND THE HOUSE AND LEFT A SHERIFF BUSINESS CARD ON THE GATE ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC WHICH IN HAND WRITING ADVERTISED THAT MY HOME AND PROPERTY WERE UN-SECURE, WERE THE DEPUTIES ALSO ONLY TRYING TO SAVE ME MONEY BY TURNING OFF TWO AUTO TIMED LIGHTS I SET UP BEFORE I LEFT OVER 2 MONTHS AGO BEFORE?, WHY DIDN’T THEY DO A COMPLETE PROPERTY SEARCH OUTSIDE MY HOME BEFORE BREAKING IN AND WHY SO MANY DRIVE-BYS JUST BEFORE I LEFT FOR NEVADA HAVE SEEN THAT IN 13 YEARS AND WHAT POSSIBLE REASONS EVEN REMOTELY SUGGEST I WAS HOME AND GAVE THEM THE CRAZY IDEA THAT …….
