Well here’s another blah blah blah video presentation. Recycled LAME and all. Received another product with a manufacturer’s defect. Really sad too because the appliance seems rather solid with desirable features. Hell, I’d buy it again even knowing I would have to perform a quick repair. So far I believe the product worthy of the effort. Yup, only one weak link in the production/assembly chain turns an other wise great product into one destined for multiple inconvenient return shipping and warranty repair-replacement services – all the while the consumer is denied use of the product as planned when originally purchased. A real bummer for the customer and the company I would imagine (unless I just happened to receive the last unit to sneak by quality control on the conveyor belt before the “switch post melting” equipment received the necessary calibration for a solidly installed switch housing – which is normal).
