MARCH 21, 2016 LEW HERE!
I’ve included this agreement because it was specifically mentioned in the SIERRA HIGHLANDS application before the Public Utilities Commission requesting authorization to transfer and Assign its Property to the LDPCSD. The SOLOMON AGREEMENT is also a good example of how such future service understandings should be legally documented and contained with other important District formation documents.
Unfortunately, I have been unable located other Exhibits that were also specifically mentioned in the transfer of facilities and assets. The most important missing document thus far is EXHIBIT C, a map of SIERRA HIGHLANDS service boundaries which was said to be attached. The map was most likely the 1973 MID Map which was revised in 1978 and is the “official map” on file with the State of California.
