Here’s a short musical rendition of American history by the rock band STEPPENWOLF (1972) that certainly hasn’t lost it’s bite. Recently these final lyrics of “Monster-Suicide-America” have been meandering around my grey matter in response to the newest biden et al amerika garbage:
“American where are you now don’t you care about your sons and daughters, don’t you know we need you now we can’t fight alone against the monster”.

Apparently (at least the way I’ve always understood the song) this was an anti-Vietnam war song pointing out the hypocrisy of creating a “country with freedom” at the expense of another individual’s freedom and a reminder of the truism – “what goes around – comes around”…….ie: Obtaining something of value is only part of the story because once something of value has been obtained an obligation or duty is created to properly maintain and protect it for survival into the future. The failure to maintain/protect is exquisitely portrayed in MONSTER-SUICIDE-AMERICA:
“The spirit was freedom and justice, Its keepers seemed generous and kind, Its leaders were supposed to serve the country, Now they don’t pay it no mind, Cause the people got fat and grew lazy Now their vote is a meaningless joke, They babble about law and ’bout order But it’ s just the echo of what they’ve been told”.
Anyway, in regards to the final chorus of the song, I just wanted to add
my own perspective and hope
for a rapidly approaching major judicial event:
The January 6th, 2023 UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT hearing on RALAND J BRUNSON, Petitioner, v. ALMA S. ADAMS, et, al., Respondents (hearing to decide whether or not to proceed with the Brunson lawsuit against those individual politicians who failed their Oath of Office to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic…..not a suit against the UNITED STATES of AMERICA!).
So, with the same musical background please insert my humble offering-

Seems to me this case strikes at the heart of a question many of us have been repeatedly asking ourselves since the 2020 election:
How could this happen in OUR AMERICA?
How can individuals who were (supposedly) legally elected to OATH SWORN positions of TRUST and RESPONSIBILITY in REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY and PROTECTING OUR COUNTRY against ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN and DOMESTIC – be allowed to COMPLETELY DISREGARD THEIR DUTIES PER THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE by NOT INVESTIGATING CREDIBLE ACCUSATIONS REGARDING THREATS TO NATIONAL SECURITY ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH ELECTION FRAUD?
Accusations of serious wrongdoing demand investigation. What simple concept has this website been advocating for many years?

Crap! – I’ve been wondering about this same oath issue concerning the LAKE DON PEDRO COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS (DEFECTORS) for over a decade – Seriously, they wouldn’t even investigate the legal service boundaries of Water License 11395 because they were too busy attempting to provide water service to properties not entitled to MERCED RIVER WATER while passing on all added expenses to the legal users within the Lake Don Pedro residential subdivision! (not so lol) They SIMPLY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OATHS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE!
These people view such an Oath as a meaningless gesture just to obtain the positions of power/authority so they could wrongfully expand a subsidized special benefit water service to properties clearly not entitled to such service. Heck what the LDPCSD has been doing for decades even defies the legislated characteristics of a California special services district! (ie, a limited service (water for subdivision and golf course), designated class of customers (property owners within the subdivision), defined geographical service area (the subdivision boundaries), and to provide the water service for only what it costs to deliver to the entitled customers (yet the subdivision property owners are forced to pay the added expenses for this special benefit for non entitled OUTSIDE PLACE OF USE PROPERTY OWNERS!
The LDPCSD was planned, and has been, a complete fraud of a CSD since its inception some 50 years ago.
And what has the Biden Administration been doing with our southern border? Also providing massively expensive benefits (intended for our citizens) to those who illegally enter this country without proper vetting – ever wonder how many hardcore terrorists have also invaded and are operating within our homeland at this very time? Yup, same thing only on a larger scale – but I digress.
Please take a moment and read this case. Regardless of what ultimately happens, it is certainly exciting to read such clear, logical and CONSTITUTIONALLY GROUNDED ISSUES that might finally be addressed and corrected by the only entity that can stop this insanity before America is lost forever ….. all the while these so called “representatives” (traitors) are actively attempting to destroy our beautiful United States of America just as the LDPCSD BOARD OF DEFECTORS HAS SUCCESSFULLY DESTROYED OUR COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT FOR THEIR SPECIAL INTEREST SHENANIGANS!

The simple writing instrument, like a pencil or pen, was designed to be held in the human hand and used to produce written characters, numbers, symbols, etc. on various media such as paper, plastic, glass, etc. in order to communicate information to others (who of course must also understand that particular language) in a physically documented written form.
What a wondrous concept that can essentially transcend time and space! Can even be used to save innocent lives too!

Sure, think about this simple example…..
CAN’T STAY YET “GOOD CONSCIENCE” REQUIRES ACTION
Imagine you are out hiking a new unfamiliar region but somehow discover a particular (and attractive) water body, say a creek and pond, which contains a concealed dangerous chemical element that could severely injure or kill any animal that might inadvertently consume the water. (For the sake of argument, let’s assume you had some “high tech” water quality testing equipment that could detect that dangerous contaminate.)
HOW TO WARN OR PROTECT OTHERS?
You are only passing though the area but are never-the-less concerned about the possibility another thirsty hiker unaware of the danger might drink the contaminated water and suffer the effects which could be fatal. You can’t stand there forever waiting to warn and dissuade others who might happen by ….. but you can’t close off the area with a physical barrier of rope, branches, rocks, etc…… but you could create a simple warning sign with a pen and paper using words, symbols, or combination of both.
WARNING! and other blah blah blah
“POISON”, “DANGER”, “DO NOT DRINK”, or perhaps a drawing of the classic “human skull with crossed bones”? Yup, you could leave such a cautionary message for other potential visitors even though you have physically left the area. (Naturally, once back to civilization the dangerous condition should be reported to “proper authorities” for more substantial and permanent protection.)
“SIGNS OF DANGER” EXIST IN MANY FORMS
“WET PAINT” “QUICK SAND!” “WET CONCRETE” “WAIT” “STOP” “GO” “Exit 289 3 Miles Ahead”,……. “RADIOACTIVE” “FALLING ROCK” …. “meet me at the love shack @ 1300hrs”….lol…. whatever!
