Here’s the end of the March 21, 2016 LDPCSD Board Meeting where a former director’s good question resulted in a very interesting response by IGM Pete Kampa.   Later than I would have preferred but look at how fast this Summer’s Tinder Box is growing!  These rains have really increased the growth. Anyway..
