How many absurd statements can you pick out yourself?   MUST HAVE FAITH IN OUR STAFF?  Considering the STAFF is PRIMARILY PETER J KAMPA, that is one of the most outrageous statements ever uttered in that BORED ROOM!

[Why do this?  I’m still hoping there is SOMEONE/SOME ENTITY that is interested in what this SPECIAL INTEREST GM AND HIS YES NODDING BOARD IS DOING WITH OUR SPECIAL DISTRICT – but does not want to reveal this interest by requesting a meeting recording themselves.  Since the district can destroy these recordings after 30 days, KAMPA’s tweaked written record becomes the only record.  (RECALL ALL THOSE AGENDA PACKETS WITHOUT NUMBERING?   Documents presented at meetings yet not contained in the properly noticed Brown Act material?  Agenda changes the very day of the meeting? 

Sure hope SOMEONE/SOME THING IS WATCHING THIS NIGHTMARE IN LAKE DON PEDRO ESPECIALLY WHEN ALL THIS SPECIAL INTEREST MISUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR LAFCO ANNEXATIONS IS BEING ORCHESTRATED BY A 20 YEAR SPECIAL DISTRICT BOARD MEMBER OF THE CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION (CSDA).

DID THE CSDA ASSIST IN KAMPA & KOMPANY’S ATTEMPTED “SWITCH” OF THE AUTHENTIC WL11395 POU MAP with KAMPA’S FAKE DIGITAL POU MAP WITHIN THE STATE WATER BOARD?

Why do all the NASTY COMPONENTS of this FAKE POU MAP SCAM and attempted switch with the legitimate one on file at the SWRCB, have KAMPA and his CSDA (member) fingerprints all over that worthless piece of KAMPAGANDA?

Let’s NUTSHELL IT AGAIN, shall we?   Here is the major point: The board and GM Pete Kampa lied to the public about the true reason for the grant funded groundwater wells… pure and simple. Those expensive wells ($400,000 – $600,000) were always intended to replace the Merced River Water illegally leaving the Lake Don Pedro subdivision for LAFCO ANNEXATIONS because that water service had been violating WATER LICENSE COMPLIANCE RESTRICTIONS in WL11395 for some time.  I suspect much longer than anyone actually knows.

These people simply DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH (which seems a prerequisite for entry into their DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST, LEFT ELITIST club of deception!)

Please understand that it was Pete Kampa himself between the years 1994-1997 who actually set up many of these LAFCO ANNEXATIONS knowing full well at the time they could never legally develop without a VERY EXPENSIVE and SUBSIDIZED GROUNDWATER SUBSTITUTION PROGRAM which the MERCED RIVER WATER ENTITLED CUSTOMERS (MR WECS) of the subdivision would never voluntarily provide – and for good reason:  THEY DID NOT NEED SUCH EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE SPECIAL BENEFIT GROUNDWATER SERVICE IN THE SUBDIVISION!!!

BEHOLD!   THE REASON FOR DECADES OF LIES AND SECRET BEHIND THE SCENE ILLEGAL DEALS NECESSITATING COMPLETE BETRAYAL OF THE RIGHTS OF THE MAJORITY OF LEGAL CUSTOMERS IN THE SUBDIVISION!  Think about it, this betrayal could not possibly have occurred and continued for 40 years (10 years planning before the LDPCSD was even formed in August 1980 by two county LAFCOS) without the direct assistance and cooperation of local, state and federal operatives working on behalf of the DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST LEFT who consistently ignore and violate existing law to achieve their goals.

This was the whole reason PETER KAMPA, AND HIS KAMPA COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS LLC, or KAMPACS, or KCS, was returned  to the LDPCSD in 2014 through an unethical CLOSED RECRUITMENT GM/TREASURER APPOINTMENT PROCESS (without background check orchestrated by OUTSIDE MERCED IRRIGATION DISTRICT WATER LICENSE 11395 activists wanting to further expand this EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE SUBSIDIZED WATER SERVICE FOR THEIR ASSOCIATES).  This was necessary to insure KAMPA would have access to over a million dollars the LDPCSD had saved from the last PROP 218 RATE INCREASE TO AVOID BANKRUPTCY in 2008.  KAMPA HAD TO HAVE THAT MILLION DOLLARS with which to leverage STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS for development of those GROUNDWATER WELLS – AND FAST WHILE THE SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES DURING  THE “STATE WIDE DROUGHT EMERGENCY” STILL EXISTED.

PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER THE POWERFUL INFLUENCE THE CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION (where Kampa has been a sitting director for approximately 20 years) has had in pushing this DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST, LEFT agenda.  They  even presented KAMPA with a GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY AWARD!

(Lol, but in actuality, for the wrong type of government!   SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT AWARD!  LOL  Kampa and his ilk have effective working DPSL operatives in all facets of CALIFUSION GOVERNMENT – that’s what keeps it in confusion!

This is not difficult to understand at all.  They could not be honest about doing illegal stuff in providing even more water OUTSIDE THE Place of Use of the legal subdivision, they just doubled down on their deception!

Think about it….. just like their DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST, LEFT “brothers and sisters” have been doing with OUR PRESIDENT! 

 

 When I think of all the positive things this US PRESIDENT has done for this Country already, I find it hard to imagine all the other things he could have accomplished during the same time period without the WRONGFUL and CRIMINAL INFLUENCE by DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST, LEFTISTS as illustrated in the below videos. 

 

 

 

Continuing outrageous and unfounded attacks against the president not because he has done anything wrong, but rather, because they wanted a pathological liar like HRC to be president!  Anyone who obtains “legitimate information” knows exactly where this Russian collusion garbage started and why.   TRUMP secretly working with the Russians against UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?  Good Heavens!

Absolutely, and diabolically effective!   (For you non-fishing folks,  “HOOK LINE AND SINKER” references how a hungry fish (uninformed voters wanting free stuff for their vote) will “GULP DOWN” not only the tantalizing bait (FREE STUFF) which is secured by, and hides, that dangerously sharp hook (SOCIALISM), but the fishing hook itself along with the lead weight sinker on the fishing line below the “bobber” which keeps the baited hook from dragging on the bottom of the lake where it would be obviously suspicious – even to a hungry fish.

They are ALSO being played and will eventually be harmed even worse!  What they have been trained to believe is “free” actually comes with a price tag “hook” of perpetual financial enslavement and exploitation of the most important weapon they possess against their evil doing oppressors:  THEIR RIGHT TO VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE!

So sad, what they believe to be FREE is actually the HOOK enslaving them to the very people exploiting them for their vote to remain in office only to throw “crumbs” instead of the means to get the “whole loaf”!

MALCOLM X preached this to his followers – and he was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!  The very people the black population were electing actually betrayed their interests and were responsible for creating another form of economic slavery and servitude for perpetuity! 

All the while, the conservative approach – which represented and offered an alternative and way to escape the domination –  was again, relentlessly and wrongfully vilified as being the cause of the problem!  (THE FALSE FLAG ATTACK!!!)

DPSL activists only ramp up the lies and untruths and divide our ENTIRE COUNTRY’S CITIZENSHIP INTO SPLINTERED FACTIONS BECAUSE IT IS EASIER TO CONTROL MANY DIFFERENT SMALLER GROUPS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, THAN A UNITED MAJORITY OF BEAUTIFULLY DIVERSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

EMPHASIS SHOULD BE FOCUSED ON PROTECTING THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF EVERY SINGLE LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZEN AND WHAT COMPRISES THE GENETIC OR CULTURAL DIFFERENCES FROM ONE CITIZEN TO ANOTHER IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT.

THIS CLEARS UP MUCH OF THE CONFUSION AND AMBIGUITY WITHIN WHICH THE DPSL EFFECTIVELY OPERATES, THAT IS WHY THEY CREATE THESE PROBLEMS TO DISTRACT FROM WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT THE TIME.  IT IS ALL A MATTER OF CONTROL THROUGH DISTRACTION AND MANIPULATION.

The DPSL does not see a group of kids happily playing a game of baseball as a team, they count the number of individuals participating and begin dividing them into groups for statistical analysis to be used in formulating their claims of disparity in treatment or advantage, based on the observable differences in the participating players while introducing the possibility or proposing the existence of, intentional racial, cultural, or sexual bias and discrimination.  Most American observers would be wondering why there was a delay in the game caused by arguing officious inter-meddling DPSL parents.

Diversity is great – actually insures survival of the whole, yet the DPSL consistently use our differences as weapons to encourage confusion, anger, apathy, all of it!!!   IT IS DECEPTION! 

Do you think the MARIPOSA COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT/LAFCO EXECUTIVE OFFICER has ignored my multiple requests for public information regarding a suspicious proposed 900 acre residential subdivision supposedly annexed in 1995 that is outside the Merced Irrigation District POU for WL11395 because I am a WASP?  (White Anglo Saxon Protestant)

NO. Of course not.  That obviously has nothing to do with the issue of why I was not provided information the law says I am entitled to receive as an American citizen.  You know, I was not even provided the courtesy of a reason for the refusal within the ten 10 day requirement.  I have been completely ignored and disrespected as a tax paying American citizen.

Would this same situation have played out differently had I been Black, or Hispanic, Asian, American Indian, etc?   Picked up the phone and called the Civil Liberties Union and said:  “They refused to acknowledge my requests for public information because I am ________________”,

I believe it would because the first obvious issue to be acknowledged as a possible reason for violation of my rights (especially by those using differences to distract from the main issue they wish to conceal) would be the color of my skin and/or shape of my eyes, head, type of hair,…..etc.

THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT WOULD BE COMPLETELY OVER LOOKED AS A HORDE OF ATTORNEYS CAME FLYING OUT OF THE DPSL NETWORK CLIMBING OVER ONE ANOTHER IN AN ATTEMPT TO REACH THE “VICTIM OF DISCRIMINATION” TO PURSUE HIS/HER LUCRATIVE LAW SUIT TO THE COURTS TO CORRECT THE INJUSTICE!   see my point?

Yes indeed I have been discriminated against by the County of Mariposa and the State of California, but not because of my race, gender identification, culture, etc….I was discriminated against because I have been blessed to be an American Citizen with enough perseverance and education to recognize this elaborate conspiracy to defraud all property owners of the Lake Don Pedro residential subdivision who are also MANDATORY LDPCSD CUSTOMERS intentionally designated by the Counties of Tuolumne and Mariposa to be the financial “deep pockets” for a foothill water scam spanning two counties.   (Ah oh, back to those rambling sentences, yeah?) 

Yup nothing to do with that type of discrimination but one actually worse…..all LDPCSD customers in the subdivision are being cheated by the very government departments and agencies we depend on for vital water service.   Guess they didn’t provide the documents because they might evidence of my assertions of special interest manipulation of government process to private party special interest benefit?

ONE AMERICAN NEWS  (there’s something I want to share but I am exhausted right now…..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you care about OUR COUNTRY, tun into that network!

Regarding OAN:  Ask yourself, why would ONE AMERICA NEWS run commercials showing how brilliant, and indeed correct, Malcolm X was in trying to save his Black American communities, if it only represents the white view?  Why does OAN point out all the wonderful accomplishments by Americans from all over the world who now are part of our GREAT AND DIVERSE AMERICAN FAMILY?  Because the point is more of AN AMERICAN DISCOVERED THIS!

Ahhh, there’s another characteristic of their DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST, LEFT reality….. even if caught doing things CLEARLY ILLEGAL AND PUNISHABLE BY LAW, (which for which the rest of us would result in severe deserved punishment) they are forgiven without accountability for any injury, harm, destruction EVEN DEATH which they caused because they have been designated as part of the DEMOCRAT, PROGRESSIVE, SOCIALIST, LEFT ELITE and therefore immune from traditional punishment.

How did the violation counties of TUOLUMNE and MARIPOSA get changed to STANISLAUS and SUTTER with that incorrect information reaming for almost one year after being reported as INCORRECT? On the SWRCB website? Heck, other than a small distance of perhaps shared county boundary between Stanislaus and Merced, the Merced RIver doesn’t run through Stanislaus or the much further northern county of Sutter. Yup, disinformation and distraction from the actual issue.
