So – provision of water to other people, animals, crops, (or for other purposes)
outside the residential subdivision (permitted under water license)
must be some form of
PRIVATE WATER SERVICE
by a
PUBLIC AGENCY,
right?
(Gee thanks Pete, you were able to accurately characterize that major defining aspect of Outside MIDPOU water service 21 years ago without even trying!)
