Once again Biden had to steal meaningful words from another person just like he has done in the past. Recall why he abandoned his prior run at the presidency? Plagiarism! And who has paid for this for over 40 years? The MR WECS (Merced River Water Entitled Customers) of the subdivision who were the designed and designated mandatory victim customers of a California Special District fraud which continues to violate law with impunity.
