<ABOVE> GOSH DARN IT! Too late to request another one – office closes at 1430hrs. The agenda/packet failed to download? First time in many years (2009 to present)in receiving such Pdfs. Perhaps I should just go to my “for sure” last LDPCSD meeting in person with all the equipment and let them know exactly how “I feel”? lol

Yup, back to business as usual and the fake map Kampa used to redirect this local public agency for years from a surface water treatment plant for the subdivision into a groundwater substitution facility for LAFCO annexations Kampa set up 20 years ago before busted for those activities far beyond the scope and performance of his duties at the time (setting up LAFCO property annexations w/o board knowledge/approval)…….<gasp>.lol …..then quit and went to McCloud CSD where he divided that community as well.

So the majority of MR WECS (Merced River Water Entitled Customers) have paid, do pay, and will pay far more than is necessary for their entitled water service yet are denied the right to see the Merced Irrigation District shape file map that KAMPA and his BOD used to create their FAKE WATER LICENSE POU MAP THAT THEIR YEARS LONG SCAM WAS BUILT ON? oh deary me.

Used to create a FAKE 11395 Place of Use Map presented to the State Water Board as defense for Kampa’s BOD intentional violation of water license regulations and a Notice of Violation of Water Rights? – (The “digital fake POU” map was also intended to “digitally replace” the authentic physical one on file with the SWRCB with “deep state assistance”. For the rest of time more false information would be on file with the state and utilized by criminals for profit.)

Yet still the MANDATORY LEGAL CUSTOMERS OF THE SUBDIVISION HAVE NO RIGHT TO SEE KAMPA’S SECRET MAP WE PAID FOR AND HAS BEEN WRONGFULLY USED AGAINST OUR BEST INTERESTS?

OK. No different that our National Presidential Election. Cheats and liars are everywhere and often get away with their crimes without any reasonable accountability. Well, at least not here on Earth.

• Since such opportunities for the public to express their dissatisfaction with the Board/Management are rare (only when “Bored of Directors” need something special – other than our constant flow of money), and
• customers never really have any true leverage (but they do now because their YES VOTES are needed to approve this rate increase through a Proposition 218 process) ALONG
• with the absolute refusal of the new MID-connected GM (a thank you certificate to the MID in the packet? – ahhh, how sweet, lol)
• to simply provide the MID shape file POU map used in Kampa’s expensive 5 year scam in misdirecting this district (Kampa was actually finishing his other scam 20 years ago by attempting to furnish the water to LAFCO properties through groundwater substitution), and
• the public will therefore never know the truth behind these nefarious activities of our local public officials [wonder if the map has one of those disclaimers as to use? NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW WATER SERVICE LOCATIONS! psssst! THIS MEANS YOU PETER KAMPA! lol]
• I personally will not vote to approve a rate increase until that public information is disclosed so those paying increased rates for perpetuity will know exactly why such increase may indeed now be “necessary”.

If a majority of customers refused to approve that rate increase until the board accepted responsibility and accountability for their past actions, we would all finally have the crucial piece of evidence in understanding just how and why our water company was hi-jacked and reconfigured to the benefit of property owners outside the POU entitled subdivision.

A never ending increasing substantial financial expense for LAFCO property owners which our CSD has no legal duty or moral obligation to provide jack squat. Go figure.
