Seems to me this case strikes at the heart of a question many of us have been repeatedly asking ourselves since the 2020 election:

How could this happen in OUR AMERICA?

How can individuals who were (supposedly) legally elected to OATH SWORN positions of TRUST and RESPONSIBILITY in REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY and PROTECTING OUR COUNTRY against ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN and DOMESTIC – be allowed to COMPLETELY DISREGARD THEIR DUTIES PER THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE by NOT INVESTIGATING CREDIBLE ACCUSATIONS REGARDING THREATS TO NATIONAL SECURITY ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH ELECTION FRAUD?

Accusations of serious wrongdoing demand investigation. What simple concept has this website been advocating for many years?

ANYTHING VALUABLE REQUIRES PROTECTION

Crap! – I’ve been wondering about this same oath issue concerning the LAKE DON PEDRO COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS (DEFECTORS) for over a decade – Seriously, they wouldn’t even investigate the legal service boundaries of Water License 11395 because they were too busy attempting to provide water service to properties not entitled to MERCED RIVER WATER while passing on all added expenses to the legal users within the Lake Don Pedro residential subdivision! (not so lol) They SIMPLY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OATHS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE!

These people view such an Oath as a meaningless gesture just to obtain the positions of power/authority so they could wrongfully expand a subsidized special benefit water service to properties clearly not entitled to such service. Heck what the LDPCSD has been doing for decades even defies the legislated characteristics of a California special services district! (ie, a limited service (water for subdivision and golf course), designated class of customers (property owners within the subdivision), defined geographical service area (the subdivision boundaries), and to provide the water service for only what it costs to deliver to the entitled customers (yet the subdivision property owners are forced to pay the added expenses for this special benefit for non entitled OUTSIDE PLACE OF USE PROPERTY OWNERS!

The LDPCSD was planned, and has been, a complete fraud of a CSD since its inception some 50 years ago.

And what has the Biden Administration been doing with our southern border? Also providing massively expensive benefits (intended for our citizens) to those who illegally enter this country without proper vetting – ever wonder how many hardcore terrorists have also invaded and are operating within our homeland at this very time? Yup, same thing only on a larger scale – but I digress.

Please take a moment and read this case. Regardless of what ultimately happens, it is certainly exciting to read such clear, logical and CONSTITUTIONALLY GROUNDED ISSUES that might finally be addressed and corrected by the only entity that can stop this insanity before America is lost forever ….. all the while these so called “representatives” (traitors) are actively attempting to destroy our beautiful United States of America just as the LDPCSD BOARD OF DEFECTORS HAS SUCCESSFULLY DESTROYED OUR COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT FOR THEIR SPECIAL INTEREST SHENANIGANS!

Here’s some of the past case history, but as you will see it cut off with “…..should reasonably have expected….”??? Don’t know what happened with this PDF and don’t have the time to chase it down, but suffice it to say the information relayed sure indicates a background process that is painfully familiar ….. these treacherous scoundrels will do anything to keep such factual issues out of court where the American people demand they be presented with all evidence to be heard in public!

Final blah, blah, blah….. Yup, such traitors have been working behind the scene destroying our communities and government processes in the darkness of the left agenda for way too long ….. let’s turn the frigg’n lights of justice on and watch these cockroaches (from all political parties) frantically scramble for another “unaccountable safe place” because they sure as hell are not representing the legal US Citizens of this great Nation in their current positions.
