Called the LDPCSD office this morning inquiring what happened to the CD of the last January LDPCSD Board of Directors meeting which I had requested on January 21, 2021. Syndie said it had already been mailed. I advised I had been waiting for it with negative results. Syndie then explained she had given the CD to current CSD GM/Treasurer Patrick McGowan to mail since the post office was on his way home to Merced but she would check with him.

I advised Syndie that McGowan has never provided the Public Information I have requested multiple times …. (You folks already know right? …. regarding the

which Pete Kampa based his claims of an expanded district service boundary (WRONG) and the basis for his multi-million dollar groundwater substitution program based on grant funded groundwater wells with which to supply water service to LAFCO ANNEXATIONS Pete Kampa had WRONGFULLY set up 20 years earlier as a rogue GM?

You know, the same LAFCO ANNEXATIONS whose PUBLIC ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED FOR OVER ONE YEAR ON THE MARIPOSA COUNTY WEBSITE UNDER PLANNING? Why on Earth would so many legal documents spanning decades that are supposed to be open to the public for review and scrutiny be denied? – As if there were something very wrong with them? Ahhhhh, we have a BINGO at TABLE LOGIC……because there is ……something very wrong with many of them. None of it makes sense according to LAFCO’s OWN RULES! (Not to mention a little fact like where Merced River Water could be provided according to the Merced Irrigation District water license 11395)…. YET NOW the LDPCSD wants the traditional mandatory customer victims of their (LAFCO-MID-CSD) CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICT FRAUD to pay EVEN MORE in hopes of covering up the special interest mismanagement of this district for several extremely financially draining years? (THE KAMPA AND KOMPANY REIGN OF FINANCIAL AND ETHICAL TERROR!) The board brags that we now have more groundwater wells. So? Have you noticed their dependability and added costs in maintenance, repair, replacement, state monitoring, reporting, compliance….blah blah blah…… just more expensive routine costs passed on to those that did not need or request such a groundwater substitution program to supply water to those property owners our district has no legal duty or moral obligation to supply SQUAT!
Folks, this is no different than the 2020 election fraud that is slowly being made public. Absolute cheats and liars – just like the LDPCSD for so many years while the victim customers wonder how it happened.

VOTE NO ON ANY PROP 218 RATE AND FEE INCREASE UNTIL THE TRUTH AS TO HOW OUR DISTRICT WAS MISDIRECTED FOR YEARS IS REVEALED TO THOSE WHO PAY THE BILLS!

Otherwise it’s just another fraud that will continue unchecked without accountability.

OOPS, he’s back!

Just received a call from GM McGowan who advised he mailed the material on Jan 25th 2021 …. interesting, and I have no reason to doubt his word. I advised things like that do happen and recounted how my USPS Certified Mail Freedom of Information Act request to the Merced Irrigation District for water license compliance records years ago (which have NEVER BEEN PRODUCED) was some how lost on a truck between Sacramento and Merced and never recovered or seen again. And I had a Certified mail receipt. Stuff sure happens.

FINALLY, BUT NO PHOTOS

My Mom once received a letter from me that referenced enclosed photos. She received the letter four years after it was mailed but the photos were not in the envelope. I’m sure many folks have stories of lost, missing and/or damaged mail. Cost of doing business I suppose but then there are other things that happen casting a different light on the subject of peculiar mail experiences.

JUST LITTLE INSIGNIFICANT ISSUES?

Like dead people voting? More ballots returned than there are registered voters? Ballots received before they were mailed? lol Whatever. Tell you this though, it is a real shame GM McGowan has apparently been put in the horrible position of running interference for the outrageous past wrongs of PETER KAMPA and HIS DO NOTHING BOARD OF DEFECTORS (not furnishing the infamous KAMPA NEW POU MAP FOR MIDs WATER LICENSE 11395 (WRONG) because I really appreciate much of McGowan’s good work and attitude, including this most recent quick response and offer to replace this CD).

CHEATS AND LIARS ALWAYS RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE ELSE IF NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE

Yup, a terrible thing how crooked politics and prior wrongful activities by disingenuous public officials working for “outside special interests” can cast a shadow on the otherwise later excellent work by others, but that’s the reality of government when there is no accountability for obvious wrongdoings by the cheats and liars.

Truly wish I could support a prop 218 to raise rates and fees because some of the projects are indeed long overdue, but it’s taken over 10 years to finally understand this gigantic CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICT FRAUD called the Lake Don Pedro Community Services District, and to do so (support a rate increase) without the district’s acknowledgement and accountability of a past wrong with a guarantee the same thing will not happen again, is unacceptable to me personally.

RARE OPPORTUNITY FOR CUSTOMERS TO DEMAND ANYTHING

Without public acknowledgment and correction, the same ugly episode of customer betrayal could just continue again and again and again…..much like condoning other rigged elections if this last national one is not challenged for the fraud that it so clearly was. Seems the only ones who can not recognize the cheat, are the ones who benefit from the wrongdoing.

Yup, interesting, all the politicians supporting the current impeachment nonsense (orbiting around the concept that any claim to there being substantial 2020 ELECTION FRAUD is just a big lie by THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES) might want to take a break from their overly emotional and dramatic presentations vilifying TRUMP to view the “Pillow Guy” videos. Well, that’s my take on the below information. Yes, the below linked article is rather long, but well worth the read. Although it was clearly intended to be supportive of the <OUTRAGEOUSLY UNETHICAL> “current election result”, it unintentionally illuminates the wide spread orchestrated effort being developed to prepare the public for the manipulated results that were going to be presented. (Basically a process of “cooling the mark” it was once called in such frauds and scams. That’s where the “Mark” (the “to be victim” of the deceit) is “cooled” (conditioned into accepting their loss) to prevent challenging the wrongful activity through a higher legal authority.

FRAUDS OFTEN TAKE MUCH TIME TO UNDERSTAND AND CORRECT

Naturally, like many criminal conspiracies, the plan indeed worked for a while through an intense campaign of disinformation and absolute lies to the America public: Essentially – that the far majority of American voters wanted the country to move towards Socialism and Communism with a B&H team in the White House. Nonsense.

Only one little detail was going to sink this nightmare of a USA election….. THE TRUTH!

Problem is, like in all temporarily successful frauds, cheats, and conspiracies to violate the law (for whatever reason or goal) ….. the truth will eventually be discovered, documented and made known to the public, but it takes time and many innocent people are going to be seriously harmed.

Texas AG: Court Ruling on Biden’s 100-Day Deportation Freeze Shows ‘No One’s Above the Law’

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Wednesday celebrated the stay on President Joe Biden’s freeze of most deportations while encouraging other attorneys general to review Biden’s orders.

Paxton, a Republican, sued Biden over the deportation freeze. A federal judge on Tuesday issued a temporary restraining order, preventing the administration from implementing the mandate.

“It sends a signal that these courts, these judges are open to hearing about the law and what’s actually going on,” Paxton said on “Fox News Primetime.”

“And so I would encourage my fellow attorneys general across the country to look at what’s going on, and whether these are executive orders or just edicts, no one’s above the law, including the president,” he added.

Paxton said he hoped that “a lot of attorneys general across this country will say, ‘No, we cannot allow this to happen in our state.’”

Biden set a new record for the number of executive orders during a president’s first days in office, issuing 28.

Executive orders are typically a tool to go around Congress. Most presidents use the tool sparingly, and only after trying to get bills passed by Congress first.

A coalition of attorneys general sent a letter to the president on Wednesday telling him that any potentially unconstitutional executive actions or federal overreach will not go unchallenged.

“If you sign unconstitutional laws passed by Congress, it will be our responsibility and duty to challenge those laws in court,” the coalition, led by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, wrote.

The White House didn’t respond to a request for comment. Neither Biden nor administration officials have appeared to comment on the temporary restraining order against stopping most deportations. Follow Zachary on Twitter: @zackstieber

Watching Susan Rice speak a few minutes ago on the television was quite disgusting as I recalled her absolute lies to the country regarding the BETRAYAL OF OUR CITIZENS AND PATRIOTS IN BENGHAZI – remember? Wonder how many voters even know or remember who she was/is? Remember back then….? Hillary Clinton’s unsecured emails, missing emails, denied emails, discovered emails, not national security issues, were national security issues, …..blah blah blah…. LIES LIES LIES – cover ups, missing records, blah blah blah….. and now Ms Rice is back on television to tell us how the country is to be run much better now that their choice is in power? We’ve seen how these people run the country – and the last election is just another outrageous presentation by the same people that betrayed us last time, and the time before that,…… they are swamp creatures who have taken the swamp back though a rigged election!
