The “face melt” is actually insignificant when compared with the horrific message being conveyed – a message intentionally concealed by former trusted news sources that now just shill for their employing DNC. That’s why the talking heads on CNN and other such propaganda outlets are not true news reporters, but only commentator’s expressing their Left-Socialist skewed opinions and desires. You can usually tell by their traditional loaded questions to other “opinion experts” supporting the socialist-left cause.

So what? They want to giggle and laugh about an apparent makeup failure on an older gentleman’s temple hair line (evidenced by the two lines of grey hair exposed on both sides of his head when his glasses were removed) used for one of the most important televised news presentations in American political history? A couple of discolored trickling lines of perspiration on both sides of his face due to hot camera lights?

I just thank God that it wasn’t blood trickling down from an externally ruptured blood vessel under the extreme pressure of telling America their Presidential Election was indeed just another DEMOCRAT CORRUPTED PROCESS, Just LIKE THEIR RECENT PRESIDENTIAL IMPEACHMENT HOAX!

Clear violations of law, absurd legislation, policies, over taxation, lack of legitimate representation, refusal to furnish public documents, blah, blah, blah…..going on for decades in clear violation of law! It’s been going on in Califusion for decades and AS ALWAYS it is the tax paying citizens who are harmed while the responsible parties escape legitimate punishment for their obvious intentional acts of public betrayal. They (when caught) traditionally just go somewhere else and start the whole nightmare over for some other community, county, state, or country. But I digress.

Personally I believe if accusations of a criminal conspiracy to reconfigure election ballot results (which purportedly overwhelmingly favored President Donald J. Trump and quite clearly granted him another four years as PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA) are correct, and TRUMP VOTES were indeed intentionally MISDIRECTED to Joe Biden through use of high-tech computer and software programs,

all active participants in this hi- jacking of the AMERICAN ELECTIONS SYSTEM (after successful trial and conviction) should be put to death just as fast (if not faster than McVeigh) to serve as a timely example to foreign countries and other American traitors as to the consequences for those who attempt to destroy OUR AMERICA. Bombs or ballots, doesn’t matter.

But of course, this is just my opinion based on the facts as I understand them this Friday morning. Because as reprehensible and destructive as McVeigh’s actions were in Oklahoma City, the NEAR COMPLETE MISDIRECTION OF A FREE AMERICA into the DEMOCRAT SOCIALIST LEFT ABYSS accomplished through bloodless ballot cheating, is far worse and more damaging to AMERICA and what she stands for than the heartless carnage brought by an isolated bombing of a building.

Yet still the Lake Don Pedro Community Services District appointed General Manager/Treasurer, Patrick McGowan, steadfastly refuses to provide the Merced Irrigation District shape file map used by Peter Kampa and his “yes board” between 2014-2019 to misdirect and reconfigure the LDPCSD surface water treatment plant into a GROUNDWATER SUBSTITUTION FACILITY/PROGRAM funded with government grants designed and provided to assist existing customers during a state wide drought – and not creating new water services for LAFCO ANNEXATIONS outside the entitled subdivision that KAMPA wrongfully setup 20 years earlier before being caught that first time and quickly resigning (1997) just like he did again in 2019 when his outrageous deceptions were again unmasked through a Notice of Violation of water rights from the State Water Board. phew! That’s was a long sentence yeah? (Think that’s bad? Heck it’s still going on in my head! lol)

Past lying and cheating is only covered up with the current management, and personally, I will never vote for such a rate increase (if given the opportunity) when those responsible for a multi-year betrayal of the majority of legal customers of the subdivision can simply keep their mouths shut while simultaneously having the audacity to ask for more money for projects they should have attempted to fix in the first series of government grants – MIND YOU – with absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR PAST DUPLICITOUS ACTIVITIES in ignoring State Water Law and doing exactly what they wanted in benefit to those property owners outside the Place of Use subdivision that our district owes no legal duty or moral obligation to provide diddly squat – much less our water!

Many years of asking for that MID map at board meetings ignored – and now they want more money without coming clean about what they already did and concealed?

But hey, that’s just me believing there must be some sort of accountability to help prevent the same (or similar) betrayal from happening again, and again, and again.

Obviously you can’t force these people to be honest, but as ratepayers with a needed Proposition 218 vote, we sure as hell can prevent them from obtaining more of our money without some form of accountability for their past illegal activities along with some form of a public guarantee those funds just won’t be misused for outside special interests again.

Consider this – many American citizens across this country are wondering right now how and why our national presidential election could be so obviously – and painfully corrupt, but here’s the BIG CLUE: take a look at our own local “hometown local politics”……absolutely disgusting AND we will continue to receive exactly what we allow.

Yup, back to business as usual and the fake map Kampa used to redirect this local public agency for years from a surface water treatment plant for the subdivision into a groundwater substitution facility for LAFCO annexations Kampa set up 20 years ago before busted for those activities far beyond the scope and performance of his duties at the time (setting up LAFCO property annexations w/o board knowledge/approval)…….<gasp>.lol …..then quit and went to McCloud CSD where he divided that community as well.

So the majority of MR WECS (Merced River Water Entitled Customers) have paid, do pay, and will pay far more than is necessary for their entitled water service yet are denied the right to see the Merced Irrigation District shape file map that KAMPA and his BOD used to create their FAKE WATER LICENSE POU MAP THAT THEIR YEARS LONG SCAM WAS BUILT ON? oh deary me.

Used to create a FAKE 11395 Place of Use Map presented to the State Water Board as defense for Kampa’s BOD intentional violation of water license regulations and a Notice of Violation of Water Rights? – (The “digital fake POU” map was also intended to “digitally replace” the authentic physical one on file with the SWRCB with “deep state assistance”. For the rest of time more false information would be on file with the state and utilized by criminals for profit.)

Yet still the MANDATORY LEGAL CUSTOMERS OF THE SUBDIVISION HAVE NO RIGHT TO SEE KAMPA’S SECRET MAP WE PAID FOR AND HAS BEEN WRONGFULLY USED AGAINST OUR BEST INTERESTS?

OK. No different that our National Presidential Election. Cheats and liars are everywhere and often get away with their crimes without any reasonable accountability. Well, at least not here on Earth.

• Since such opportunities for the public to express their dissatisfaction with the Board/Management are rare (only when “Bored of Directors” need something special – other than our constant flow of money), and
• customers never really have any true leverage (but they do now because their YES VOTES are needed to approve this rate increase through a Proposition 218 process) ALONG
• with the absolute refusal of the new MID-connected GM (a thank you certificate to the MID in the packet? – ahhh, how sweet, lol)
• to simply provide the MID shape file POU map used in Kampa’s expensive 5 year scam in misdirecting this district (Kampa was actually finishing his other scam 20 years ago by attempting to furnish the water to LAFCO properties through groundwater substitution), and
• the public will therefore never know the truth behind these nefarious activities of our local public officials [wonder if the map has one of those disclaimers as to use? NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW WATER SERVICE LOCATIONS! psssst! THIS MEANS YOU PETER KAMPA! lol]
• I personally will not vote to approve a rate increase until that public information is disclosed so those paying increased rates for perpetuity will know exactly why such increase may indeed now be “necessary”.

If a majority of customers refused to approve that rate increase until the board accepted responsibility and accountability for their past actions, we would all finally have the crucial piece of evidence in understanding just how and why our water company was hi-jacked and reconfigured to the benefit of property owners outside the POU entitled subdivision.

A never ending increasing substantial financial expense for LAFCO property owners which our CSD has no legal duty or moral obligation to provide jack squat. Go figure.
